PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth merchandise relocation and changes by providing guides to where merchandise items are actually located in a large scale store.;SOLUTION: When a guide request acquisition means 11a receives merchandise identification information, user identification information and a guide request 14, a merchandise position information output means 11b retrieves merchandise position information from a storage means 13 to output it to a guide terminal device 12a. When a request information recording means 11c stores such users' guide requests in the storage means 13 as merchandise request information associated with the merchandise identification information about the corresponding merchandise and the user identification information, a determination means 11d refers to the merchandise request information saved in the storage means 13 to count the guide requests for each article of merchandise per user, and determines that articles with a high count are in an inappropriate position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
