PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote portable terminal picture control system for enabling a portable terminal to perform Web access without reinforcing performance or function even in case of performing access to a more evolved Web page and a Web page with a large amount of information.;SOLUTION: In case of performing web access, a portable terminal 10 starts an input/output processing function 12, and transmits a web access request added with title information relating to a web page designated by a touch panel function 13 or a keyboard input function 14 to a server 20, and starts a picture information receiving function 15. The server 20 which has received the request acquires the web page requested by a browser function 21, and decodes it into picture information, and returns the decoded picture information to a portable terminal 10 as the request source by a picture information transmission function 23. The portable terminal 10 receives the picture information from the server 20 by a started picture information reception function 15, and displays the picture on the liquid crystal picture of the portable terminal 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
