Containing an uncrosslinked elastomer olefin base having thermoplastic properties and (vinyl halides) and poly thermoplastic alloy is disclosed. Using the slush molding technique, the alloy may produce a polymer skin. Without the problems associated with the use of a cross-linked elastomer even crosslinked elastomer according to the present invention, it is characterized a rubber thawing, embrittlement problems are solved. It is also disclosed a method for making a thermoplastic alloy of the present invention.
