PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyion complex polymer capable of being produced with a simple method, hardly dissolved in water while having water absorption property, a composition containing the polyion complex polymer and a manufacturing method of the polyion complex polymer.SOLUTION: The polyion complex polymer is made by mixing a polyanionic material and polycationic material, a poor solvent to the polyanionic material and the polycationic material and a good solvent to the polyanionic material and the polycationic material, and filtering and drying the mixture. The manufacturing method of polyion complex polymer includes a mixing process of mixing the polyanionic material, the polycationic material, the poor solvent and the good solvent, a filtration process for filtering polyion complex of the polyanionic material and the polycationic material formed by mixing, and drying process of drying a filtration reside.SELECTED DRAWING: None
