PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transaction prediction system allowing proper prediction of a power buying and selling amount to be expected in a power transaction during a certain period.;SOLUTION: This power transaction predication system has: a cost assumption task 42 assuming a market price every 30 minutes in a designated period based on a market price in the past power transaction; and tasks 43-45 comparing the market price by the price assumption task 42 and power generating cost every 30 minutes in the designated period, calculating time advantageous to buying and selling, and predicting a buying power amount and a selling power amount capable of being expected in the designated period based on transaction results in the past power transaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
