PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a patient from feeling a sense of discomfort in dental treatment by changing the light emitted from a shadowless lamp according to the opening and closing of the patient's mouth to prevent the light from entering the patient's eyes when the mouth is closed.;SOLUTION: The dental shadowless lamp 10 is provided with a camera 20 for recognizing the patient's face. The opening and closing of the patient's mouth is recognized through the camera 20, the shadowless lamp 10 is lighted when the mouth is opened, and the lamp is extinguished or the illuminating light is weakened when the mouth is closed. The eye position and mouth position of the patient are confirmed through the camera 20, and when the mouth is closed, the part of the mouth is irradiated with light while preventing the eye position from being irradiated with light.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
