PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery series connection structure cell characteristic analysis/evaluation device capable of automatically generating a model of a series connection structure cell and accurately handling the analysis with no special knowledge, and further accurately predicting, in a practical period, the degree of dropping of a current voltage characteristic from a potential distribution (voltage drop).SOLUTION: There are provided a finite element method analytic model structure device 10 which automatically constructs a finite element method model of a series connection structure cell, a finite element method analysis calculation device 20 which calculates a potential distribution by applying a load on the constructed analytical model, and a finite element method analyzing result evaluation device 30 which receives an analyzing result and evaluates it, and then displays the result on a screen.
