PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling a plurality of seedling raising pots with culture soil raising with a plurality of pots for raising seedlings longitudinally and laterally arranged in a seedling raising tray.;SOLUTION: The method includes: a step for providing a pot gripper having a plurality of pot holders holding the plurality of seedling raising pots longitudinally and laterally arranged and having a holding releasing unit of the plurality of held seedling raising pots; a step for holding the plurality of seedling raising pots by the pot gripper with the same longitudinally and laterally arranged; a step for arranging the plurality of seedling raising pots with the same longitudinally and laterally arranged in the seedling raising tray and releasing the holding of the plurality of seedling raising pots; a step for providing a culture soil filling plate where a plurality of openings are formed; a step in which the culture soil filling plate covers the openings of the seedling raising tray and the culture soil filling plate is placed on the seedling raising tray such that the respective openings of the culture soil filling plate are located on the openings of the respective seedling raising pots; and a step for filling the seedling raising pots with the culture soil through the openings of the culture soil filling plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
