PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a wire harness without passing it through a through-hole bored in a panel, not only on the door side but also on the car body side, in the wire harness arranged on the car body side from a door.;SOLUTION: This grommet has a cylindrical part for inserting the wire harness extending through the indoor side from a weatherstrip to the car body inner panel side from the door inner panel side. A flange out-fitting part covering along an outside surface of a flange projecting to a door opposed surface of a car body and arranging a wire harness inserting space for inserting the wire harness pulled out of the cylindrical part, is arranged on the car body side tip of the cylindrical part of the grommet.
