PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance vibration control effect of body vibration due to vibration control vibration of an actuator in a vehicle vibration controller by eliminating impact of electromagnetic noise on the circuit board of an acceleration sensor enclosed integrally with a connector of the actuator, and respective lines including the power source line connecting the circuit board and a controller, a signal detection line, and the like.;SOLUTION: A shield plate B1 performing electromagnetic shielding of electromagnetic noise generated due to a current flowing between a power source line of an actuator and a terminal Ta thereof is buried in a bottom plate 8 of a connector C1 between a circuit board 31 and a sensor control terminal Ts of an acceleration sensor S enclosed in a circuit board enclosure 3 and a power supply terminal Ta of the actuator.
