PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one component type room temperature curing type sealing material for a working joint which is low modulus after curing or high elongation, in which rubber elasticity physical properties are good, further, workability, adhesion and durability are good, and which is excellent in movement followability in the middle of curing and especially the smoothness of a surface after curing, and has good finished appearance, and to provide its construction method.;SOLUTION: The one component type room temperature curing type sealing material for a working joint includes a room temperature curing nature resin (A), organic surface treatment calcium carbonate (B), hydrophilic silica (C), and hydrophobic silica (D).
