PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip galvanized steel sheet which has excellent spot weldability and slidability on press working.;SOLUTION: In the hot dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent spot weldability and slidability on press working, when the total Al content in the plating layer is denoted as X(g/m²), the Al content Y in an Fe-Al intermetallic compound present on the boundaries of the plating layer/the steel sheet is ≤0.10(g/m²), the Al content Z present as oxide on the plating surface layer is 0.010 to 0.10(g/m²), and the solid solution Al content in the plating expressed by X-Y-Z is ≤0.10(g/m²).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
