PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web server, a user terminal and a method for providing content match advertisements to a Web page displaying contents of comments contributed by multiple users.;SOLUTION: The Web server 1 includes a script program creation part 11 for creating a scrip program for the user terminal 2 to execute it, and a contribution Web page transmission part 12 for inserting the scrip program into a contribution Web page and transmitting it to the user terminal 2.
