PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organosiloxane oligomer which is excellent in storage stability or the like for obtaining a cured film excellent in flaw resistance, crack resistance, adhesion with a base material, or the like.;SOLUTION: The method for preparing an organosiloxane oligomer composition includes: hydrolyzing and condensing organosilane substantially without an ion exchange resin in the presence of water of an amount by mole ratio of 1.0 or more and 5.0 or less relative to a theoretical quantity needed for hydrolysis of the organosiloxane, the water with pH of 5.0 or more and 8.0 or less which is adjusted using a pH adjuster as needed; and thereafter adjusting the pH of the reaction system within the range of 3.0 to 5.5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
