PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a crime prevention device detecting picking is fitted to a manual shutter device.;SOLUTION: A magnet 7 is mounted on a stopper 6 arranged on a seat plate 1c of a shutter curtain 1. A guide rail 4 is provided with the crime prevention device 5 comprising a battery unit 16, a detecting sensor 12 detecting a fully-closed state of the shutter curtain 1 based on the detection of the magnet and outputting a fully-closed state detection signal, a buzzer device 13 performing alarming operation as the shutter curtain 1 is opened, an alarm control switch 19 outputting an alarm control signal to control the alarming operation of the buzzer device 13, and a crime prevention control part 15 which regards the situation, having no input of the fully-closed state detecting signal while there is no input of the alarm control signal, as detection of picking crime, and activates the buzzer device 13 to alarm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
