PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of infilling operation performed before filling concrete in a partition space formed by arranging a plurality of lump-like bodies (natural stones) and to surely prevent the filled concrete from leaking outside from between the adjacent lump-like bodies.;SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a civil engineering structure unit 1 in which a plurality of natural stones 2a are arranged to form partition spaces 6 and the partition spaces 6 are filled with concrete 44, a tool provided with a pair of infilling units 22 and a binding band 23 for binding the infilling units is prepared, and two cover plates 25 of the infilling units 22 are arranged so as to straddle between two adjacent natural stones 2a from the outside thereof, respectively, while two opposite infilling units 22 are fastened to each other by the binding band 23. Then, the two cover plates 25 of the two opposite infilling units 22 are bent so as to straddle between the two adjacent natural stones 2a to eliminate a clearance 5 between the adjacent natural stones 2a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
