PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable temporary road for railroad work, which facilitates construction and removal operations.;SOLUTION: This temporary road 10 for the railroad work comprises a structure 20 and a guard plate 30 with flexibility, which covers a top surface of the structure 20. The structure 20 is constituted by combining at least a leg block 21A, which is made of a thermoplastic resin foam and formed in a bottom surface of a rectangular parallelepiped in such a shape with a recessed groove 22 as to straddle a railroad rail 2, with a rectangular block 21B, which is made of a thermoplastic resin foam and formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and/or an inclined block 21C, which is made of a thermoplastic resin foam and formed in such a trapezoidal longitudinal-section or triangular shape as to have a top surface with an inclined plane.
