PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a developer of uniform thickness to the peripheral surface of a developing roller without using a mesh roller.;SOLUTION: A developer supply device for a wet developing apparatus brings supply rollers 7a, 7b which are partially dipped into a liquid developer into rotatably contact with a developing roller 2 rotatably in contact with a photoreceptor drum 3 and supplies the liquid developer to the developing roller 2 through the supply rollers 7a, 7b.
