PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesion between the chemically low active surface of gold and a poly-para-xylylene film. PSOLUTION: In a radiation solid detector comprising a gold electrode the surface of which is protected with the poly-para-xylylene film, an adhesion layer comprised of an adhesion-enhancing agent represented by the general formula (wherein RSP1/SPis a bivalent linking group selected from among 1-4C aliphatic groups and ether groups; RSP2/SPis a 1-3C saturated hydrocarbon group and may form a ring together with RSP1/SP; and XSP1/SPand XSP2/SPare each a bivalent group selected from the group consisting of O, S, and N-RSP3/SP) is formed between the gold electrode and the poly-para-xylylene film.
