PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop greening construction panel designed so that so-called ground cover pot plants having a high transpiration rate and vegetated in pots in general can be used as substitute for sedum plants, and a superimposed load applied on a rooftop part can be reduced even when using the plants having such a high transpiration rate; and to provide a rooftop greening construction system using a plurality of the panels to construct the rooftop greening.;SOLUTION: The rooftop greening construction panel has the following structure: a panel main body 1 is provided with a planting base material-housing part 2 housing a planting base material such as soil, and a bank-raising part 3 raising a bank for forming the plant base material housing part 2 to have a prescribed depth so as to make the plant base material have a prescribed thickness; wherein the area of the bank-raising part 3 accounts for ≥20% but 70% of the panel main body 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
