PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new conveniently usable greening technique. SOLUTION: A greening panel 1 is used. The greening panel 1 is provided with mesh plates 3 and 4 on both sides in the thickness direction sandwiching a water holding vegetational mat 2 comprising a nonwoven fabric, etc., and both the plates 3 and 4 are connected and integrated with plural distributed and arranged connecting legs 5. The vegetational mat 2 is held with the connecting legs 5 and installed at an interval kept in the space between the mesh plates 3 and 4. Plants are set in the vegetational mat 2 of the greening panel 1 to carry out the greening of various places.
