PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel switching valve capable of preventing the occurrence of the shock caused by a pressure change when switching a flow channel.;SOLUTION: (A) a rotor groove 1c becomes the flow channel for connecting an analyzing liquid feed pump 11 and an analyzing column 13 (concentration process) and (B) the rotor of the flow channel switching valve 1 is rotated by 30° in a clockwise direction to connect the analyzing liquid feed pump 11, the analyzing column 13 and a trap column 5 by the rotor groove 1c. The pressure in the trap column 5 rises to the same pressure as the pressure in the analyzing column 13 to be stabilized and the pressure difference between both columns 5 and 13 is set off (high pressurization process). (C) after the pressure between both columns 5 and 13 is sufficiently stabilized, the trap column 5 is serially connected to the analyzing column 13 by further rotating the rotor by 30° and a sample is analyzed (elution process and detection process).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
