PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide core-shell type toner for electrostatic charge development having a small particle diameter and excellent low temperature fixability, releasing property during fixing and storage stability, and to provide a method for producing toner for electrostatic charge development for producing the toner, and a method for image forming using the toner.SOLUTION: The core-shell type toner for electrostatic charge development comprises a core layer, and a shell layer comprising a resin and covering the core layer. The core layer contains core aggregates produced by aggregating a grafted polyester resin produced by graft-polymerizing a polymerizable vinyl monomer onto a polyester resin and core particles which contain wax and a wax dispersion assistant.
