Automatic setting manner of die production process and the production manufacture sequence

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic setting method of a metal die manufacturing process for automating the process.;SOLUTION: The method creates a reference process table 14 which tabulates each reference process necessary for manufacturing each component therein and a condition determining table 15 which describes a condition determining expression 30 for determining whether or not each reference process is generated, through an external function (17); extracts a factor to be a work factor from at least CAD information, component information and work information; decides work content to be generated by comparing the processes read from the process table 14 with the extracted factor, arranges the processes, reads the determining table 15 into a process generation determining part 20 having different decision of each process and determines the presence of the process generation by means of the expression 30 to automatically set a manufacturing process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
