P To provide a plastisol composition for sealing the cap of a bottle for food and drink bottle packing which is excellent in hygienic, sealing and opening properties and a cap of a bottle for food and drink bottle packing using the same. PSOLUTION: The plastisol composition for sealing the cap of a bottle for food and drink bottle packing comprises 100 pts.wt of a vinyl chloride resin (a constituent (A)) containing not less than 70 wt.% of a vinyl chloride paste resin having an average degree of polymerization of 1,100-1,700 and 65-100 pts.wt of non-phthalic acid type plasticizer (a constituent (B)) and 0.5-3.3 pts.wt of a foaming agent (a constituent (C)) containing not less than 70 wt.% of a bicarbonate (sodium hydrogen carbonate) wherein the sum of the amounts of the constituent (A) and the constituent (B) is not less than 70 wt.% relative to the total amount of the composition.
