CONSTITUTION:An oligosaccharide raw material having a high content of readily digestible saccharide is fermented with lactic acid bacteria and the readily digestible saccharides are converted into lactic acid to give a material for an oligosaccharide-containing food and drink having a high content of oligosaccharides, and a food and drink using the same.
