PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processing system in which flicker and crosstalk of a video are prevented, and to provide a display device to be used for the video signal processing system and a video signal processing method.;SOLUTION: The video signal processing method causes the display device to display plural different programs on a single screen within a fixed period by time division, and opens and closes the shutters of spectacles with shutters in synchronization with a cycle of the fixed time of a specific program of the display device.
