PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a banking reinforcing structure, a reinforcing method and linear banking capable of performing aseismatic reinforcement and sinking countermeasure reinforcement without reaching up to stopping of its giving, while allowing sinking of the banking top end a little in a state of giving banking (such as a railway and a road) at a relatively inexpensive construction cost.;SOLUTION: Reinforcing banking 10 has a first restraining member 1 and a second restraining member 1' arranged on both opposed first slope face and second slope face, a first resistance 3 arranged in the weak ground under the second slope face side and displaced by following displacement of the weak ground, a first tension member 2 for connecting the first resistance 3 to the first restraining member 1, a second resistance 3' arranged in the weak ground under the first slope face side and displaced by following the displacement of the weak ground, and a second tension member 2' for connecting the second resistance 3' to the second restraining member 1'.
