PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cross-sectional deformation to be suppressed when a load functions, and to enable the load to be absorbed and received when the load has functioned.;SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame structure includes an outer panel 31, an inner panel 32, a stiffener panel 33 which is provided between the outer panel 31 and the inner panel 32, a first closed cross section 35 which consists of the inner panel 32 and the stiffener panel 33, and a second closed cross section 36 which consists of the outer panel 31 and the stiffener panel 33. The first closed cross section 35 includes a first partition 37 which is spot welded to the stiffener panel 33 side and partitions the first closed cross section 35, and a first structural foam filler 41 which fills a gap between the first partition 37 and the inner panel 32.
