PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency earthquake quick report terminal which outputs a warning when there is possibility of movement of the terminal by a distance which may exert influence on positional information.;SOLUTION: The emergency earthquake quick report terminal 1 includes: a main power supply state detection means 4 for detecting a state of power supply from a main power supply 2 to the emergency earthquake quick report terminal 1; a timing means 5 having a timing function; a warning determination means 6 for determining whether a warning is to be output or not; and an output means 7 for outputting a warning. The main power supply state detection means 4 outputs a disconnecting signal when detecting a drop in a power supply voltage generated based on power supplied form the main power supply 2 to the emergency earthquake quick report terminal 1, and when detecting a rise from the dropped state of the power supply voltage, outputs a connection signal. A positional information storage means 3 stores present time when the disconnecting signal or the connection signal is output. The warning determination means 6 determines whether a warning is to be output or not based on a time difference between output time of the connection signal and output time of the disconnecting signal just before the connection signal, and the output means 7 outputs the warning according to the determination result of the warning determination means 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
