PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable moisture insulating paint capable of processing in a short time, excellent in moisture resistance, adhesion with a substrate and resin strength (hardness), and to provide moisture insulated electronic parts obtained by coating and curing the same, and method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The photocurable moisture insulating paint consists of (A) an acryloxy polybutadiene or an acryloxy hydrogenated polybutadiene, (B) a bisphenol-A based (meth)acrylate, (C) a compound represented by general formula (I) and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. The content of the component (B) in the total of the component (A) and the component (B) is 1-30 wt.%. (In the formula R¹ is H or a methyl group.
