PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate communication charges, according to the quantity of data communications in access from a user using a mobile terminal device and a charge calculation method.;SOLUTION: A communication means 1a communicates with a mobile terminal device 2 of a user 2a via a communication line. The user 2a is authenticated by an authentication means 1b, and a communication log is generated, which records the mobile terminal device 2 of the user 2a and a data communication quantity, in association with each other, by a log generating means 1c and the generated communication log is stored in a log storage means 1f. The data communication quantity of the user 2a is summed by a communication quantity sum-up means 1d, on the basis of the communication log. Communication charges of the user 2a are calculated by a charge calculating means 1e, on the basis of the summed data communication quantity and charge calculation information which is stored in a charge calculation information storage means 1g, and calculation result information indicating the calculated communication charges of the user 2a is stored in a calculation result information storage means 1h.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
