Optimal load distribution methods and optimum load distribution program

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for optimally distributing power to a load, which achieves optimal power distribution with less computational complexity.;SOLUTION: The method for optimally distributing power to a load allocates breakers to two or more new loads so that power among the three phases of a distribution panel are substantially balanced when the loads are added. The method includes the steps of: computing a target allocation capacity of the power balance among three phases based on the current power consumption and the additional electric energy required for the loads; arranging the two or more new loads in the order of capacity of the additional electric energy, rearranging the loads by a local search method for three interphase arrangements starting with an interphase of the three-phase AC, allocating the loads to the breakers between phases in the order of arrangements so that the interphase may come close to the target allocation capacity, deciding each optimal solution candidate as to the three interphase arrays, and deciding the optimal solution from among the optimal solution candidates.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
