PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interruption telephone notification service in IP network.;SOLUTION: In case that a terminal 80B of a contractor of an interruption incoming notification service is communicating with another terminal 80C, a subscriber server 30 sends an IP signal of an interruption incoming including a display instruction of a caller number to an IP conversion apparatus 40B connected to the terminal 80B, when receiving an IP signal of a call for the terminal 80B to which an identifier allowing a notification of the caller number is given from a terminal 80 of PSTN or a terminal 80 of IP network.
