A single-channel queueing system is examined, which has a nonsingular Poisson input flow. The requests are served in inverse order with interrupts. Cases are considered where the interrupted serving or a request is resumed afresh with a new duration or the previous one, and the case where the requests with interrupted serving are lost. The stationary distribution is derived for the number of requests in the system.
