PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film-forming device which rapidly heats a coating film, which is formed on a coating object, without boiling the coating film concerned.;SOLUTION: The coating film-forming device 1 has: a holding part 18 which holds a base body 4; a coating nozzle 19 which applies a paint 7 to the external peripheral surface 4c of the base body 4; a movement part 20 which moves the coating nozzle 19; and a heating unit 12. The holding part 18 has: an external cylindrical member 42 which is composed of a magnetic metal and whose Curie temperature is determined in accordance with a temperature at which the paint 7 is heated; and an internal cylindrical member 43 which is composed of a metal which is low in resistance. The heating unit 12 has: a coil 36 to which an alternating current voltage is applied to heat the holding part 18 by an induction heating method; and an alternating current power supply 34 which applies an alternating current voltage to the coil so that a magnetic flux which the coil generates may flow through only the external cylindrical member 42 until the temperature of the external cylindrical member 42 attains to the Curie temperature and so that the magnetic flux may flow even in the internal cylindrical member 43 when the temperature of the external cylindrical member 42 attains to the Curie temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
