PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone consultation charging system enabling a cellphone company to appropriately act as a proxy to collect a usage charge as a formal content even in a telephone consultation service.;SOLUTION: The telephone consultation charging system comprises a cellphone 10 which a user possesses; a gateway server 20 and a content provider server 30 managed by an operator who operates the telephone consultation charging system; a carrier server 40 managed by the cellphone company of the cellphone 10; a call center server 50 managed by a call center which performs the user's telephone consultation; and a speaking device 60 operated by an operator OP of the call center. The content provider server 30 provides a Web site for utilizing the charged formal content which comprises a reservation service in a limited time for telephone consultation by the call center through the Web site, and prepares and stores reservation information when charging processing by the carrier server 40 is completed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
