PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed nata de coco product having peculiar palate feeling such as strong chewability and melting feeling in the mouth when eating and drinking, and giving fresh cool feeling when passing through the throat.;SOLUTION: The processed nata de coco product is obtained by adding a cool feeling agent such as menthol to nata de coco followed by heating and deaerating so as to impregnate the cool feeling agent into the inside of nata de coco. As a result of this, the processed food enables to enjoy fresh cool feeling of the cool feeling agent when passing through the throat, in addition to original peculiar palate feeling.
