P To discriminate whether or not a premium to be circulated is an imitation more reliably than usual. PSOLUTION: In this system, a premium for exchange is provided with an IC tag recording premium identification information for identifying it from other premiums, the premium identification information is read from the IC tag of the premium for exchange by using IC tag reader-writers RS2 and RS3 of a wholesale section or a credit card corporation C1 and the premium identification information is stored in a premium data base provided for a transaction management server 10. The premium identification information is read from the IC tag of the premium for exchange brought in a buying-up shop by the IC tag reader-writer RS4. When the premium identification information coincides with one of the premium identification information stored in the premium data base and the brought-in premium for exchange is discriminated to be an original.
