PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get rid of exclusiveness peculiar to a circulation market of return- type premiums in amusement facilities. ;SOLUTION: A card 1 for return-type premium circulates from a card supply control base 7 through a wholesale base 8, an amusement facility base 9, a purchase base 10, to the whole sale base 8 and the card supply control base 7. When it passes through each base, first through fourth reader writer means confirm base passage data of a previous step and record its base passage data so as to make a proper circulation of the card 1. Further, the 1st-4th reader writer means are circuit-connected with a host computer 14.
