Fuel consumption prediction apparatus (100), to predict the fuel consumption of the vehicle at a predetermined interval. Predictor (101) predicts the fuel consumption during a predetermined interval before starting traveling a predetermined section by using the first mathematical expression. Using equation second variable is the acceleration of the vehicle during travel in the predetermined section, estimator (102) estimates the fuel consumption during traveling of the predetermined section. On the basis of the fuel consumption which is predicted prediction unit (101), the fuel consumption and the estimated amount estimation unit (102), the correction unit (103) corrects the first mathematical expression.
