PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver only part of multiplexed MPEG-2TS, that is a selected service, to an equipment connected to a home network.;SOLUTION: A partial TS is generated by filtering one or more MPEG-2TSs having PSI/SI and service packets including packet identifiers to remove the PSI/SI and service packets other than the service packets related to a predetermined service to be delivered, generating new PSI/SI for the predetermined service, and then inserting the newly generated PSI/SI into the filtered MPEG-2TS in a predetermined timing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
