PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for mounting a silencer pad to an interior part for a vehicle capable of surely mounting the silencer pad to the interior part for the vehicle.;SOLUTION: A slit 22 is formed on a silencer 20, and a foldable rib 11 is formed on an interior part 10 for a vehicle.
