PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film for display, along with its manufacturing method, an optical sheet body for a display with the optical film, and a display apparatus, capable of narrowing a viewing angle of the display apparatus without degrading its display function while ensuring excellent transmissivity of visible light. PSOLUTION: The optical film for display is used which includes a thermo-plastic transparent resin film 11 and a metal-containing louver-like conductive pattern 15 formed by being pressed against the transparent resin film 11 and embedded therein.
