P To provide an extended band diameter enlarging device which enlarges a diameter of extended band by utilizing lever force by lever revolving and without using a hydraulic means for an operating device as before. PSOLUTION: The device is constituted of: a lever 21 which pivotally supports a roller 29 with a through hole 30, and has a hook plate 22 at lower end; a pushing plate 23 which has a hook plate 24 at an end and pivotally supports a roller 34 with a screw hole 35, and is axially supported in a base section by the lever 21; a collar 39; a nut means 40; and a jack-up bolt 37 which is screwed by a screw hole 35 of the roller 34 pivotally supported by the pushing plate 23 by inserting its tip through the through hole 30 of the roller 29 pivotally supported by the lever 21.
