PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of screening candidate medicine for curing non-alcoholic fatty liver according to abnormality/variation of a bile secretion mechanism in which MRP 2 is engaged, in the non-alcoholic fatty liver.;SOLUTION: The screening method of the curative medicine of non-alcoholic fatty liver is provided. In the screening method, a specimen is administered to the non-alcoholic fatty liver of a non-human animal, and the degree of improvement caused by the specimen is evaluated about bile drainage capability in the fatty liver.
