PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a fault part of a network.;SOLUTION: When frames from a switch device 40 or a switch device 50 are not received anymore, switch devices 10-30 regard correspondence relation (shaded part) relating to the MAC address "4" of the switch device 40 and the MAC address "5" of the switch device 50 as a deletion object, preserve the correspondence relation regarded as the deletion object in a prescribed storage part respectively and then delete the deletion object. In such a manner, even when receiving an LT frame (target of LT is the switch device 50) transmitted from the switch device 10, the switch device 20 and the switch device 30 can transfer the LT frame and return a response frame to the switch device 10 by referring to the originally deleted correspondence relation relating to the MAC address "5" of the switch device 50 from the prescribed storage part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
