PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new thiophene ring organic semiconductor material, provide an organic semiconductor film and organic thin-film transistor (TFT), having high carrier mobility immediately after the formation and low time degradation of the carrier mobility, and to provide manufacturing methods for the organic semiconductor film and for the TFT.;SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material contains a chemical compound expressed by general Formula (1).
