PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate fluorescence derived from an individual fluorescent pigment contained in a measuring object, and to detect it with a satisfactory SN ratio.;SOLUTION: This fluorescence detector 1 is provided with a microscope 10, an excitation light source 20, a detecting part 30, a processing part 40, and the like. The first measuring data acquisition means 41, included in the processing part 40, detects the fluorescence over the substantially same detection time by the detecting part 30, in each of a plurality of detection wavelength bands, to acquire the first measured data. A detection time setting means 42 compares each other the first measured data about the respective detection wavelength bands, and sets the detection time in the specified detection wavelength band, where an input light intensity becomes lowest, to get lower than the detection time in the other detection wavelength band. The second measuring data acquisition means 43 detects the fluorescence over the detection time in each of the set detection wavelength bands, by the detecting part 30, to acquire the second measured data. An analytical means 44 analyzes the contained concentrations of the various kinds of fluorescent pigments contained in the measuring object 9, based on the second measured data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
