System and method for data distribution in the VHF / UHF bands

The white space device can use unused television frequency because of sending and receiving of the WiFi OFDM signal. For example, channel 2 of the time before, 3, and 4 and the like, joining three bands which are continued, it is possible to define white space band. In order to store the WiFi OFDM signal in this white space band, the white space device compresses the bandwidth of each WiFi OFDM signal making use of the spectrum mask of specification. Because only ultralow electricity it does not need in transmission of this alteration being completed WiFi OFDM signal, as the high power amplifier becomes unnecessary, with just little alteration can reuse, most WiFi OFDM designs such as PRY and MAC.
